Kisling NCO Academy hosts first international student
Chief Master Sgt. Pamela Derrow welcomes Romanian air force Plutonier (Tech. Sgt. equivalent) Diana-Cristina Mireuta to the Kisling Noncommissioned Officer Academy at Kapaun Air Station, Germany, Sept. 21, 2009.
