Boy Scouts reclaim wetland
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Jordan Thomas, a 17-year-old Bitburg High School student and junior assistant scoutmaster for Spangdahlem’s Boy Scout Troop 165, recently planned, created and led a service project benefiting both the air base and the environment.
