Fit and focused to fight

Navy Fleet Master Chief Roy Maddocks, U.S. European Command senior enlisted leader, participated in physical training with servicemembers at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey as part of a site visit and to meet with EUCOM members Friday, Oct. 23, 2009. As EUCOM's senior enlisted leader, he serves as the commander's primary adviser on all enlisted matters. In addition, he is responsible for providing oversight for the morale, welfare, training, quality of life and the good order and discipline for more than 275,000 U.S. military personnel and their families serving in 51 countries within Europe and Eurasia.
