Col. Lawrence Gray, the 39th Air Base Wing vice commander, thanks Feeding Freedom Tour volunteers at the Fall Festival Friday, Oct. 23, 2009, at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. OSI Restaurant Partners, the mother company of Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba’s Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Flemings Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar and Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine, wrapped up its Feeding Freedom Tour here. OSI’s team of 29 volunteers visited several American bases in the Middle East, serving food from their restaurants to deployed troops. About 3,500 Incirlik members were served food.
