Armed with a whistle, Airman 1st Class William "Wild Bill" Sparks, a member of the 352nd Maintenance Squadron, remains ready to alert the winch operator to stop if he detects or suspects any problems during the load of a 21st Special Operations Squadron MH-53M Pave Low IV helicopter onto a C-5 Galaxy from Travis Air Force Base, Calif., Oct. 5, 2007.
