Military members receive their H1N1 vaccine at Southside Gym Annex Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Nov. 17, 2009. The H1N1 vaccine is being given to military members and their families to help fight against influenza around the Kaiserslautern Military Community. The H1N1 virus is commonly spread from person to person through coughing and sneezing. You can also become infected by touching something with the flu virus on it and then touching your nose or mouth.
