USAFE hosts AFSO21 Process Council
During a briefing to Senior AF leaders including Gen Art Lichte, AMC Commander (right) and Lt Gen John Bradley, Commander, AF Reserves (far right), Secretary of the Air Force, Michael W. Wynne (middle), praised the dramatic improvement made in the vehicle registration process by the 569th US Force Protection Squadron and encouraged the unit to continue improving customer service as an important quality of life issue. The effort, led by Maj. Jeffrey Carter (left) as part of an Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century initiative, cut the time required to register a vehicle from about 2 hours to less than 30 minutes.
