Incirlik Duathlon

Participants of the Strain your Brain Duathlon pace themselves during the running portion of the race Saturday, March 13 at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The race, a modified duathlon, consisted of a 5K run and 12K bike, and more than 30 people participated in the fitness event. Prizes such as base exchange gift certificates and base theater passes were given to the top three men (under 30 and over 30) and women. At a time of 38:54, Staff Sgt. Brad Williams, 39th Maintenance Squadron, earned the best time for the men and Kim Ventura, wife of Anthony Ventura, Incirlik Army & Air Force Exchange Service manager, earned the best time for the women at 51:18.
