NCO exchange
Maj. Gen. Ronald Ladnier, 17th Air Force commander, speaks with Ghana Air Force members at the 17th Air Force Headquarters building May 20. Warrant Officer’s Class II Kofi Dedoo and Noah Atsiagli came to Ramstein Air Base for an Aviation Maintenance NCO Exchange program designed to build on preventative maintenance efforts for Ghana’s aircraft fleet. Staff Sgt. Bronshay Limson and Tech. Sgt. Richard Linett escorted them during the two-week visit allowing them to get hands-on and visualize every aspect of how the 86th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron conducts business on a daily basis. The members were taken on the flightline and through the maintenance backshops to learn about U.S. procedures for managing flight schedules, parts, logistics, and maintainer safety and training. The two 86th AMXS NCOs are scheduled to travel to Ghana and work with the GAF for the second portion of the exchange. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Stefanie Torres)
