Eagle Housing in final phase
Col. John Kem, United States Army Corps of Engineers Europe District commander, presents a key to Col. Eric Beene, 39th Air Base Wing commander, prior to a ribbon cutting opening phase three of Eagle Housing Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. Eagle Housing added about 44 new townhomes to the community. Replacing facilities built in 1961, Incirlik is in the final stages of the housing project which will improve the quality of life for its members.
