100th SFS Defenders help prep RAF Regiment for Afghanistan tour

STANFORD TRAINING AREA, England -- Airman 1st Class Ali Rickman, 100th Security Forces Squadron (right), comforts a "patient" while a member of the Royal Air Force Regiment provides security as they await helicopter transport during a mass casualty training scenario here Sept. 8. More than 20 Airmen embedded in training with the regiment to give the British servicemembers an idea of what it is like to work with United States forces. In this scenario, Afghan contractors, each with some type of amputation, portrayed victims of an improvised explosive device attack and servicemembers provides first aid.
