21st OWS equipment ‘forecast’ saved millions

Project managers from the 21st OWS and leaders from U.S. Air Forces in Europe, the 86th Civil Engineer Squadron, 86th Communications Squadron, Lockheed Martin and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers take part in a ribbon cutting for the new MARK IVB Meteorological Data System at Kapaun Air Station, Nov. 5.
