Serdal Gurses displays one of his excel spreadsheets that was recognized as an Air Force Best Practice Oct. 20, 2010. Mr. Gurses is a budget analyst for the 39th Medical Support Squadron at Incirlik AB, Turkey. An Air Force Best Practice is defined on the Air Force Manpower Agency Web page as "a superior method or innovative practice that contributes to the improved performance of the process."
