Lt. Gen. Frank Gorenc, the 3rd Air Force commander, is greeted by Col. Chad Butts, the 39th Air Base Wing vice commander, Jan. 24, at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. General Gorenc toured Incirlik and talked to Airmen about changes happening in the Air Force. As the 3rd Air Force commander, the general is responsible for 10 wings throughout Europe.
