313th AIR EXPEDITIONARY WING (March 30, 2011) -- Brig. Gen. Roy Uptegraff, commander of the 313th AEW, addresses Airmen of the wing's maintenance group. "We have an extraordinary group of ladies and gentlemen. The ability for all of these folks to come together, with no notice or pre-coordination, is impressive," he said. The 313th now supports Operation Unified Protector, a NATO-led mission in Libya to protect civilians and civilian-populated areas under threat of attack.
