SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Staff Sgt. Modesto Alcala, Armed Forces Network Spangdahlem broadcast maintenance supervisor, assigns times for shows to be seen on AFN Spangdahlem television channels April 20 at Bitburg Annex.
