Renovated dorm brings quality of life improvements to Incirlik Airmen

Lt. Col. Dwayne McCullion, the 39th Civil Engineer Squadron commander, Chief Master Sgt. Marcus Snoddy, the 39th Air Base Wing command chief, Staff Sgt. Bradley Nelms, from the 39th Civil Engineer Squadron, and Staff Sgt. Courtney Powell, from the 39th Maintenance Squadron, join Col. Eric Beene, the 39th Air Base Wing commander, to officially reopen a renovated dormitory with a ribbon cutting ceremony April 6, 2011, at Incirlik Air Base, Turkey. The dormitory was originally constructed in 1963 and has had several renovations to keep up with the quality of life standards set by the Air Force.
