KINSHASA, Democratic Republic of the Congo – U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Kent Williams, the chief of exercises for 17th Air Force, briefs senior leadership of the Democratic Republic of the Congo armed forces before a flight on a Georgia Air National Guard C-130 Hercules here, May 4, 2011.
