RAF Mildenhall welcomes new 100th ARW commander
RAF MILDENHALL, England -- Col. Chad Manske, 100th Air Refueling Wing outgoing commander, receives his final salute as commander from members of the 100th ARW June 24, 2011, during the wing change command ceremony at Hangar 814. Colonel Manske will be going to New York City, N.Y. where he will take a position as a Military Fellow at the Council of Foreign Relations.
