DJIBOUTI, Africa -- U.S. Army Sergeant Michael Stine, 1st Battalion 161st Field Artillery, holds an IV bag for a victim of a simulated aircraft crash during a personnel recovery exercise June 16. U.S. Air Force pararescuemen and U.S. Army soldiers extracted six mock casualties from the Grand Bara desert, performing lifesaving medical procedures aboard Marine Corps MH-53 helicopters transporting them to back Camp Lemonnier.
