Belgian veteran urges Airmen to never forget WWII
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Maurice Sperandieu, a Belgian World War II veteran, participates in a flag folding ceremony here Aug. 23. Sperandieu came to Spangdahlem with members of a Belgian WWII honor guard team that partners with the 52nd Fighter Wing Honor Guard for joint events throughout Europe.
