RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Martin E. Demplsey presents a Purple Heart medal to Tech. Sgt. Richard Chwalik, Headquarters U.S. Air Forces in Europe A4 command equipment manager, Dec. 19 at a town hall meeting during the chairman's visit here.
