THIAUCOURT, France -- The Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Honor Guard colors detail advances to position during the Memorial Day event at the St. Mihiel American Cemetery May 27, 2012. The 40.5-acre World War I cemetery, about 24 miles southwest of Metz, France, contains the graves of 4,153 of U.S. military dead.
