Film screening helps Lajes recognize issues

Team Lajes gathered to watch a series of screenings from The Invisible War documentary Jan. 8 through 11. The film features servicemembers recounting past struggles of sexual assaults within the military. Lajes' Sexual Assault Response Coordinator conducted the discussion sessions to develop ideas on how to better promote a military culture and environment that fosters mutual respect, trust and confidence.
