Lajes' coronet liaison ensures smooth transition for transiting aircraft

Tech. Sgt. Luke Adams, 65th Operations Squadron coronet liaison, is the first point of contact at Lajes Field for all U.S. and foreign fighter and refueling aircraft coming through, to and from Lajes. He ensures the crews' visits go as smoothly as possible by bridging the gap between them and their needs, be it fuel, equipment, food, computers, phones, base restrictions, information on local customs, etc. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt.
