Stratotanker returns to sun-split clouds after engine swap
A cradle is attached to the engine of a KC-135R Stratotanker April 21, 2013, in Southwest Europe, to allow the engine to be moved by hand or truck once it was detached from the wing. The No. 4 engine needed to be sent back to a repair depot at Tinker Air Force Base, Okla. after being damaged by a bird strike on an approach to land. (U.S. Air Force photo by 1st Lt.
