Leaders of the 65th Air Base Wing are improving quality of life for Lajes Field Airmen through extensive dormitory renovations aimed at providing Airmen more personal space and enhanced safety. During the renovations, some Airmen are moving into dorms previously reserved for NCOs, and displaced NCOs are moving into base housing units.
