Maj. Gen. Eric Vollmecke, Western Accord 13 deputy exercise director, signs the distinguished visitors log while touring the Bundase training camp near Accra, Ghana, June 19. Western Accord 13 is a mutually beneficial exercise hosted by U.S. Army Africa that brings together the Economic Community of West African States and the US Army to have increased capabilities to support regional peacekeeping operations.
