ROYAL AIR FORCE LAKENHEATH, England – Senior Airman Kiirstyn Williams, 48th Security Forces Squadron NCO in charge of reports and analyses, squeezes a stress ball to keep circulation in her arm while donating blood July 10, 2013. Personnel from Landstuhl Regional Medical Center’s Armed Services Blood Program in Germany came to RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall to conduct blood drives. The ASBP only collects blood from the military community, which includes service members, family members, retirees and Department of Defense civilians, and all blood collected stays in the military community.
