Long Walks on the "Fence"

RAF LAKENHEATH, United Kingdom --  48th Civil Engineer Squadron, explosive ordnance disposal team marched seven miles around the RAF Lakenheath perimeter and searched for three simulated enemy weapons caches. EOD Airmen march around the base perimeter twice a month as part of a ground assault exercise, and their physical training program. EOD Airmen have to locate and destroy a simulated enemy weapons cache as part of the exercise.
