INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Lt. Gen. Darryl Roberson, 3rd Air Force commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Mark Marson, 3rd AF command chief, visited Team Incirlik Airmen Aug. 19 and 20, 2014, here.

The 3rd AF leadership spoke to Airmen about new changes with enlisted feedback forms known as the Airman Comprehensive Assessment, and described the benefits of the new changes to the enlisted force structure. Roberson and Marson also spoke to members of the 39th Air Base Wing during an all call to discuss 3rd AF command priorities during current operations and how the 39th ABW can continue to be Forward.
