The Wyvern Fitness Center hosts jiu jitsu classes for various age groups Monday through Friday. Jiu jitsu is a form of martial arts, which focuses on grappling and ground fighting. The class aims to teach students how to effectively defeat an opponent with joint locks and chokeholds.
