U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to Ramstein Air Base, Germany arrive at Powidz, Poland to participate in Aviation Detachment Rotation 21-4, Sept. 13, 2021. The U.S. and Poland will conduct Agile Combat Employment training during the bilateral training exercise. The Agile Combat Employment concept of operations is intended to ensure U.S. Air Forces Europe – Air Forces Africa forces are ready for potential threats and contingencies by enabling forces to quickly disperse and continue to deliver airpower from locations with varying levels of capacity and support. The cargo, along with Airmen assigned to Ramstein AB, are headed to Powidz, Poland to take part in Aviation Detachment Rotation 21-4. AvDet Poland 21-4 is the latest bilateral training exercise in this series and is designed to enhance partner interoperability, maintain joint readiness and assure our regional allies and partners.
