Collins, 86th AMS, Ramstein AB, Germany Outstanding Technician-Supervisor: Tech. Sgt. Jeffrey L. Fletcher, 435th Materiel Maintenance Squadron, Sembach Annex, Germany Outstanding Technician: Senior Airman Tyler R. Berensen, 52nd CMS, Spangdahlem AB Outstanding Civilian Technician: Robert W.
