USAFE names aircraft and munitions maintenance award winners

U.S. Air Forces in Europe recently announced the winners of the command’s 2004 Lt. Gen. Leo Marquez awards in the aircraft and munitions maintenance categories.

The award winners are:

Aircraft Maintenance:

Outstanding Field Grade Manager: Lt. Col. Ray A. Lindsay, 48th Component Maintenance Squadron, Royal Air Force Lakenheath, England

Outstanding Company Grade Manager: Capt. Chris E. Reichardt, 52nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany

Outstanding Supervisor-Manager: Master Sgt. Scott W. Collins, 86th AMS, Ramstein AB, Germany

Outstanding Technician-Supervisor: Tech. Sgt. Jeffrey L. Fletcher, 435th Materiel Maintenance Squadron, Sembach Annex, Germany

Outstanding Technician: Senior Airman Tyler R. Berensen, 52nd CMS, Spangdahlem AB

Outstanding Civilian Technician: Robert W. Newman, 31st Maintenance Squadron, Aviano AB, Italy

Munitions Maintenance:

Outstanding Field Grade Manager: Lt. Col. Stephen H. Williams, 712th Munitions Squadron, Camp Darby, Italy

Outstanding Company Grade Manager: 1st Lt. Lupe Gutierrez, 31st MXS, Aviano AB

Outstanding Supervisor-Manager: Senior Master Sgt. Donald C. Molner, 52nd AMS, Spangdahlem AB

Outstanding Technician-Supervisor: Staff Sgt. Charles M. Evelo, 48th AMS, RAF Lakenheath

Outstanding Technician: Senior Airman Bobby L. McMillian II, 31st MXS, Aviano AB

The awards recognize maintainers who have demonstrated the highest degree of sustained job performance, job efficiency and results, job knowledge and direct sortie generation involvement.

Award recipients will now compete in the Air Force-level competition.
