The winners are: Outstanding Unit Safety Award, Cat I: 52nd Fighter Wing, Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany Outstanding Unit Safety Award, Cat II: 86th Air Wing, Ramstein Air Base, Germany Flight Safety Officer of the Year: Capt. Joey Dible, 86th AW, Ramstein AB Flight Safety Noncommissioned Officer of the Year: Master Sgt. John Smith, 86th AW, Ramstein AB Ground Safety Manager of the Year: Master Sgt. James Douglas, 52nd FW, Spangdalem AB Ground Safety Technician of the Year: Master Sgt. Althea Smith, 435th Air Base Wing, Ramstein AB Ground Safety Representative of the Year: Tech. Sgt. Michael Dick, 52nd FW, Spangdahlem AB Ground Safety Representative of the Year: Staff Sgt. Theodore Saxman, 38th Combat Support Wing, Sembach Air Base, Germany Ground Safety Representative of the Year: Mason Walker, 52nd FW Weapons Safety Noncommissioned Officer of the Year: Tech. Sgt.
