USAFE members, units pick up AF-level Communications awards

RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany (USAFENS) -- Air Force officials recently announced the winners of the 2004 Communications and Information awards, and several U.S. Air Forces in Europe individuals and units came out on top.

The Air Force-level Communications and Information individual, team and unit award winners are:

Communications and Information Outstanding Field Grade Officer -- Maj. Kevin Payne, Ramstein Air Base, Germany

Communications and Information Outstanding Postal Service Noncommissioned Officer – Tech. Sgt. Kirk E. Baldwin, Ramstein AB

Communications and Information General Edwin W. Rawlings Award – 425th Air Base Squadron, Izmir Air Base , Turkey

Communications and Information Outstanding Large Postal Facility – Air Postal Squadron, 835th Communications Squadron, Ramstein AB
