The awards recognize the command’s best services programs and flights for their support of the Air Force community. The winners are: Arts and Crafts Program – Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany Bowling Program – Spangdahlem AB Child Development Program – Royal Air Force Mildenhall, England Family Child Care Program – Spangdahlem AB Golf Program – Aviano AB, Italy Outdoor Recreation Program – RAF Croughton, England Community Center Program – RAF Croughton Fitness and Sports Program – Aviano AB Youth Program – RAF Mildenhall Library Program – Spangdahlem AB Consolidated or Collocated Club – RAF Lakenheath, England Resource Management Flight – Spangdahlem AB Readiness Program – Aviano AB Human Resources Office – Ramstein Air Base, Germany Marketing Program – RAF Mildenhall Training Program – Ramstein AB Information, Ticket and Tours – Spangdahlem AB Specialized Program – RAF Mildenhall George Washington Protocol – RAF Mildenhall All USAFE Services flight and program award winners will now compete in the Air Force-level competition.
