Air Force Public Affairs announces USAFE Public Affairs award winners for 2006 Published May 11, 2007 By USAFE PA RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- U.S. Air Forces in Europe recently won 15 of the 37 Air Force Public Affairs 2006 Achievement Awards. This marks the third year in a row that USAFE has won the "Brigadier General Harry J. Dalton, Jr., Award" for Best MAJCOM in the Air Force. The award is named after the first Director of the Air Force Public Affairs, and recognizes the outstanding PA program supporting the Air Force mission. "Our PA professionals continue to excel every day on every level," said Col. Susan Strednansky, USAFE Director of Public Affairs. "But we don't do it alone; it's a team effort - from staffs to commanders to Airmen - to tell the Air Force story."
