DIVULJE TRAINING BASE, Croatia – U.S. Air Force’s Senior Airman Tim Raso, 52nd Medical Operations Squadron, and Tech. Sgt. Breah Misho, 52nd Aerospace Medicine Squadron, join together to learn how to assemble tents April 30. The tents are Expeditionary Medical Squadron (EMEDS) +10 tents designed to provide patient care for ten or more people as a mobile field hospital. Misho and Raso are both deployed from Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, for the 2008 Medical Training Exercise in Central and Eastern Europe (MEDCEUR). Fifteen nations are participating in the exercise from May 2 through 14. The exercise focuses on mass-casualty training scenarios and humanitarian aid in response to crises situations.
