Lakenheath youth is top in command Published April 17, 2009 By Public Affairs staff U.S. Air Forces in Europe RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- Kellie Schreiber, 18, of RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom, has been selected as the 2009 Youth of the Year by U.S. Air Forces in Europe. Amaya Hamilton of Ramstein AB, Germany was runner-up. Ms. Schreiber will compete for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America European Youth of the Year honors against teenas representing U.S. Army Europe and U.S. Naval Forces Europe. The winner will travel to the U.S. to compete at a regional Boys and Girls Club of America Youth of the Year program.
