Incirlik mourns Airman's death

INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- An Airman assigned to the 728th Air Mobility Squadron was pronounced dead after being found on base April 14, 2010.

A memorial service for Staff Sgt. Robert Larsen is scheduled for 6 p.m., April 21 at the Incirlik Air Base Chapel.

"The entire Incirlik community mourns the tragic loss of Sergeant Larsen, and our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends," said Col. Eric Beene, 39th Air Base Wing commander. "We are grateful for his service to the Air Force and to his country."

The cause of death is under investigation by the U.S. Air Force Office of
