INCIRLIK AIR BASE, Turkey -- Phantom Housing at Incirlik opens after a two and a half year rennovation project. Some renovations were conversion of 60 two-bedroom units to three and four-bedroom units, asphalt overlay, increased energy efficiency, etc.
