Tech. Sgt. Christopher Hirak joined the Airman Leadership School team as the new commandant here at Lajes Field and led his first class over the past five weeks. As the commandant, Hirak ensures Airmen are prepared for the rank of noncommissioned officer and how to be an effective frontline supervisor.
