351st EARS maintainers ‘strut’ their stuff
Airmen with the 351st Expeditionary Air Refueling Squadron use hydraulic jacks to elevate a KC-135R Stratotanker May 24, 2013, at Moron Air Base, Spain, to perform maintenance on the aircraft’s right main-landing gear. The Stratotanker’s strut, on the gear, was repacked to prevent hydraulic fluid inside the gear from leaking, preventing a potentially ineffective landing gear. (U.S. Air Force photo by 1st Lt.
