U.S. Air Forces in Europe Band visits HVP Nyanza

Part of HVP Nyanza's mission is to educate and reintegrate children with disabilities as productive members of their respective societies. It's motto is "Enable the disabled. U.S. Air Forces in Europe Band Touch N' Go performed for HVP Nyanza in the Nyanza District, Rwanda, March 5, 2019. The USAFE Band played as part of an outreach event while supporting African Partnership Flight Rwanda 2019. The band uses these events to further increase cultural ties and enhance the people-to-people relationship between the United States and its partners such as Rwanda.
