Members of the U.S. Air Forces in Europe Band Touch N' Go performed during a Tour du Rwanda concert in Kigali, Rwanda, March 2, 2019. The band uses music as a way to connect with people and share cultures.
In addition to the USAFE Band, members of the LEAF Junior Troupe performed a dance during a Tour du Rwanda concert. LEAF Community Arts is an international non-profit organization whose mission is to build community and connect cultures through arts such as music and dance.
