Rixmann 86 Airlift Wing Public Affairs RAMSTEIN AIR BASE, Germany -- Members of U.S. Air Forces in Europe and Air Forces Africa met with a delegation from the Senegal Air Force, Feb. 16, 2018.The delegation visited both Ramstein Air Base's USAFE-AFAFRICA headquarters, as well Kapaun Air Station's Kisling Noncommissioned Officer Academy.The official party consisted of Col. Alimbaye Manga, Senegal Air Force Chief of Staff flight safety advisor, Lt. Col. Aliou Faye, Human Resources Division chief, Maj. Mamadou Wathie, Logistics Division chief, and Capt. Momar Ndiaye, Dakar Operational Center chief and transport pilot.
