Four U.S. Air Force F-16C Fighting Falcons, a U.S. Air Force KC-135 Stratotanker, and four Swedish air force JAS 39 Gripens flew together during aerial refueling training in Swedish airspace, Feb. 8, 2018.

The F-16s, part of the 180th Fighter Wing, Ohio Air National Guard, are operating from Amari Air Base, Estonia, as part of a Theater Security Package in Europe.

The TSP supports Operation Atlantic Resolve, and increases the capability and readiness of U.S. forces for a faster response in the event of any aggression by a regional adversary against NATO sovereign territory.

Twelve F-16s and nearly 300 Airmen from the 180th Fighter Wing deployed to Estonia Jan. 14, 2018. Approximately 75 Airmen from the 52nd Fighter Wing, Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, will support the 112th EFS for this mission as well.

The U.S. Air Force routinely deploys Airmen and aircraft from the United States to Europe, where we remain resolute in our commitment to regional stability and security. These deployments are just one of the many ways we demonstrate our steadfast commitment to our NATO allies and regional partners.
