37 AS Airman masters craft in Greece
Two U.S. Air Force 37th Airlift Squadron loadmasters use cotton string to tie the rip cord for a parachute to cargo during Exercise Stolen Cerberus IV at Elefsis Air Base, Greece, April 19, 2017. The cotton string provides a barrier between two nylon straps, which generate heat when rubbed together and could damage the cord. Approximately 110 Airmen and three C-130s from the 86th Airlift Wing’s 37th AS, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, will participate in Exercise Stolen Cerberus IV with the Hellenic air force and the U.S. Army till April 28.
