Against the odds
Tech. Sgt. Barry Frazier, 100th Air Refueling Wing Legal Office, his son, Barry Frazier III, and wife Mandy, wait in the children's play room at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. The couple's twin babies, Eric and Alexis, were born Sept. 6 -- at just 23 weeks and three days gestation period. Eric weighed just 1 pound, 5 ounces, and Alexis weighed 1 pound, 3 ounces.
